The St. Lawrence Arts & Community Center fulfills many needs in the community but can only do so with your help! The effort has received hundreds of thousands of donations since 1996 from as little as $5 to $120,000 that have allowed us to save the historic building, rebuild a blighted neighborhood and fill a void in the local arts and cultural fabric with the hugely successful Parish Hall Theater. We simply could not fulfill our mission without your generous help!

Give a Donation

One of the best ways to help the St. Lawrence is to give a cash donation. Donations support 1/3 of the St. Lawrence operating budget, and there is $5 million yet to raise for the Sanctuary campaign.
Donations to the St. Lawrence are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and can be made several ways:

  • Credit Card. For your convenience, you can charge your donation to your credit card. The St. Lawrence accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

For a $100 donation, you can receive as a premium an authentic organ pipe from the real organ. Every pipe has its own note.

Other Ways You Can Help

  • Attend a performance. The St. Lawrence has a wide variety of arts and entertainment programming. Your patronage supports the artists as well as the St. Lawrence. See our updated schedule at Events.
  • Shop at the gift store. Chose from our selection of St. Lawrence T-shirts, coffee mugs, the critically-acclaimed Greetings from Area Code 207 local music CD series or buy a copy of the C. Michael Lewis cut-away depiction of the completed St. Lawrence Arts & Community Center. See our full selection at Gift Store.
  • Rent the St. Lawrence. The St. Lawrence Parish Hall Theater seats 110 and is suitable for theater, music, film, dance, weddings, seminars, organizational meeting, benefits and receptions. See Space Rental for more information.
  • Join the Business Sponsorship Team. The St. Lawrence has tens of thousands patrons entering its doors every year and a circulation of over 2,000 for it newsletter. Along with supporting a great community cause, St. Lawrence Business sponsors receive the following benefits for 12 months:
    • Business name posted in the lobby of the Parish Hall Theater
    • Listing in quarterly newsletter The St. Lawrence Bulletin

  • Volunteer. There are many areas in which a committed and motivated volunteer can assist the St. Lawrence, including helping out at the box office, as an office assistance, by cleaning and maintenance, in the capital campaign or providing skilled labor.
